AMBEREBMA collection includes some highly unique pieces (e.g. handpainted, limited edition products) which require up to 2 months to be produced for you. Please note that the exact delivery time is highlighted in the description box of each specific product.
Please note that delivery period varies depending on your location and can be longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other unexpected causes.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send an email with specific tracking information of your package(s).

SHIPPING FEES, TAX AND DUTIES
Shipping is free worldwide over €150
Shipping cost below €150 varies according to continent: Europe 15€, Americas 25€, Asia 30€.
Import duties are included in the price shown on the website. In fact, all destinations are delivered on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means you do not have to think about them. Indeed, relevant import taxes and duties are processed by AMBEREBMA once your order has been shipped. You do not have to pay any additional fee after checkout, and we will take care of the whole process.
Import taxes are already included in the price shown at checkout. All other non-customs-related local sales taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and AMBEREBMA is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states.
RETURN POLICY
In the event the delivered product does not meet the agreement, the customer/client shall notify AMBEREBMA by email within five (5) business days of receipt of the order. If the customer/client fails to notify AMBEREBMA within this timeframe, AMBEREBMA has fulfilled its obligations with respect to the delivered goods.

Customer/Client has the right to terminate the agreement without reason within seven (7) days of receipt of the order. This timeframe commences the day after receipt of the order. Returns are only accepted when the product packaging is undamaged, and the product is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
the order shall be returned and received by AMBEREBMA within 14 days of termination of the agreement.
The security tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Returns must be packaged in the AMBEREBMA box, which must be securely sealed with adhesive tape. In case our box is no longer available, you may use another type of packaging suitable for the shipment of our items.
The shipping costs for returned products are on account of the customer/client. After receipt of returned orders in good condition, AMBEREBMA will deposit the paid amount directly to your bank account, with any shipping costs deducted from the transferred amount.
Please note that any custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
REFUNDS
Refunds can be made in the form of the original payment method or store credit:
If a refund to the original payment method is requested, we will refund the entire cost of order, excluding the cost of shipping if the order was below the 150€ threshold for free delivery. If you return only some product/s of your order and the amount of the product/s you keep goes below 150€, the shipping amount will be deducted from the refund according to your continent
If store credit is requested, we will issue a full return of all order costs, including shipping and processing costs
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by AMBEREBMA
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
